Need to cancel a monthly donation?

100% of the donations are used directly to help improve the systems we use to report incidents. This includes purchasing new antennas, scanners, creating more streams, etc.

Why does the PayPal or Stripe page say BGHDDevelopment LLC and not Scanner Pacific?

All electronic payments are handled directly by BGHDDevelopment LLC, the donations are labeled and get transferred to just Scanner Pacific improvements.

How do I cancel a monthly donation?

To keep things easy, I have added the links for PayPal's management portal on the left. If you have issues with canceling please reach out via email.

Are there any benefits to donating?

You get to know you helped improve our systems and overall reporting!

Can I get a refund?

We do not accept refunds under any circumstances. These are donations, not products.
